Rent bikes directly from the campsite

We offer a bike rental service at the campsite reception. By the day, by the week or according to your wishes... Bikes (prices)

As the campsite has direct access to the cycle paths, cycle tours from the campsite will guide you to the tip of the Cap-Ferret peninsula or to the Bay of Arcachon.

Discover the places not to be missed! A map of the marked routes will be given to you on your arrival at the campsite.

The Arcachon basin: the cycling destination

Many signposted routes are available for you to discover the different facets of the Cap-Ferret peninsula by bike, from the ports and oyster farming villages to the Grand Crohot ocean beach, passing through the vast expanses of pine forests and sand dunes.

220 kms of cycle tracks criss-cross the Bassin d'Arcachon for a cycling trip:

for a few hours (a short stopover at the port of Arès to enjoy oysters at sunset).
for half a day (ride along the ocean beaches and the oyster villages of the Presqu'ile)
or a whole day for the most courageous... (From the campsite, do the 35 km tour of the Presqu'ile or the crossing by boat with your bikes to discover Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat...)

We have mountain bikes, VTC and electric bikes available on the campsite for young and old: get on your bikes!

As our campsite is a family-run, intimate establishment, with the emphasis on calm and relaxation, we are unable to accept groups.

Access to cycle paths, even by boat

The UBA (Union des Bateliers Arcachonnais) offers maritime shuttles authorising the transport of bicycles to get to the Arcachon basin.

From the campsite, take the Vélodyssée.

This renowned cycling route is right next to the Aux Couleurs du Ferret campsite.

Crossing Brittany, following the Atlantic coast to the Basque Country, the Vélodyssée is an opportunity to cycle through a part of France, on an invigorating and wild route!

It's the perfect opportunity to spend a cycling holiday on the Bassin d'Arcachon!
