Surfing schools offer you discovery sessions, ideal to get your first gliding sensations or surfing courses for the more initiated. An activity available 10 minutes from the campsite.
Note that the equipment (surfboard, wetsuit...) is provided as well as the supervision of a qualified instructor.

Explore the seabed of the Arcachon basin and discover one of the largest natural reserves of seahorses in France.
The Hippo diving school based in Grand Piquey, on the Cap-Ferret peninsula, (12 kms from the campsite) offers first dives, training courses, explorations or snorkelling trips.
Thanks to a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, the team of state-certified instructors will take you to observe the seahorses that live in hundreds in the Arcachon basin.

For a walk or a hike, take the marked paths of the Basin. This way you can get some fresh air while discovering the wide variety of natural areas that the Bay of Arcachon has to offer.
The hiking trails are there to guide you through the salt meadows for example. Finally, in order to discover the most important sites such as the Dune du Pilat, the salt meadows, the oyster farming villages and ports or the town of Arcachon, walking is the best way to go!

This natural site of more than 40 hectares is made up of salt water plans favourable to the development of many plant and animal species.
